Ultra Strength Nitrile Rubber

BRP manufactures ultra-strength nitrile rubber that complies with the standards set forth by ASTM D2000, SAE J200 and Mil-R-3065 for applications in the automotive, military, and aerospace industries.

They offer high resistance to petroleum based fluids including hydrocarbons fats, oils, grease standard hydraulic fluids and chemicals. This product is commonly used with multiple fuels types.

Ultra-strength nitrile rubber is a high quality sheet rubber with excellent fuel and oil resistant qualities, but it is not recommended for use in applications where weathering and UV resistance is required.

Ultra strength nitrile rubber is an excellent choice for fuel resistant applications requiring high tensile strength for increased durability in demanding applications. It’s commonly used for gaskets in military applications for its fuel and ozone resistant properties.

Additional applications include gaskets, fuel liners, automotive weather stripping and many other applications requiring fuel and environmental resistance. Ultra-strength Nitrile rubber also works well in applications where solvents are present.
