Auto & Transportation

BRP Manufacturing has a reputation for excellence in the automotive industry due to our attention to detail and the wide range of polymers and specifications we manufacture. From solving random squeaks and rattles to presenting a beautiful non-gloss finish, BRP can solve all of your automotive rubber product needs.

BRP manufactures fuel tank cushions and fuel tank strap pads, cushions for body side molding, air diversion, and interior trim pads and blinds. Trim pads and blinds can be extruded or provided fabrication-ready for your convenience. All of BRP’s Premium Grade EPDM products conform to the requirements of FMV-SS-302.

We also offer a variety of surface treatments to meet your sheet rubber requirements. Surface options include traditional smooth finish with dust, smooth finish dust free with paper interleave, standard and high quality fabric finish, one or two-sided buffing to meet tight tolerance applications and adhesion enhancements. Sheet rubber can be slit and sheeted for easy handling and extrusions can be provided cut to length.

Our products are tested and conform with standards set forth by the American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) D2000 and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE J200). This allows customers to focus on operations with the peace of mind that comes with using quality automotive rubber products manufactured by BRP.

For many years, we’ve had the privilege of supplying rubber sheet and extrusions to some of the largest automotive manufacturers. Through close collaboration with these manufacturers, we’ve created custom automotive rubber products to meet their specifications. As you navigate through the abbreviations and acronyms required by today’s automotive industry, rest assured that BRP can provide the information you need. We are ISO Registered and routinely provide documentation related to PPAPs / Part Submission Warrants, IMDS, MSDS, SDS, REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Materials.
