White Vinyl Nitrile Rubber, FDA Approved Ingredients

BRP manufactures white vinyl nitrile rubber, a blended compound that’s premium food grade sheet rubber manufactured with FDA approved ingredients.  Our white vinyl nitrile rubber conforms to CFR 177.2600 “Title 21” for use in food processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing.

White vinyl nitrile rubber exhibits excellent oil, fat, heat and impact resistance and maintains flexibility throughout numerous heating and cooling cycles. Incorporating the vinyl component into the compound allows this product to provide ozone resistance.

White vinyl nitrile rubber is available in 70 durometer and a tensile of 1,500 PSI. All BRP products are American-made in our Lima, Ohio facility.

White vinyl nitrile rubber sheet is commonly used in equipment for food processing, egg processing and various dairy applications. It can also be used in other applications such as cutting and processing counter tops, waste guides and splash guards.

The white vinyl nitrile rubber manufactured at BRP consistently maintains the bone white coloring and offers abrasion resistant, non-toxic and non-marking properties. The material can be easily cleaned with soap and water or powerful detergents.
