BRPs rubber products have been used in countless industries, from large extrusions to small rubber gaskets. Our products have been used to create a variety of products including gaskets. Gaskets act as a mechanical seal between two or more surfaces and prevent leakage from or into the jointed objects. Gaskets are traditionally cut from sheet rubber or fabric reinforced diaphragm sheet rubber and fill irregularities between less than ideal mating surfaces on machine parts.
BRP’s high quality rubber It is usually desirable that the gasket be made from a material that is to some degree yielding such that it is able to deform and tightly fill the space it is designed for, including any slight irregularities. When cut into size, sheet rubber materials are used for cushioning, sound dampening, abrasion resistance and squeak rattle and noise abatement.
